Key Homes have entered into a JV agreement with Henley Homes PLC, bringing 22 years of construction and development experience to the group.
Henley Homes was established with the intention of building sustainable and design-led developments in urban areas in need of regeneration. The Company specialises in mainly new-build using innovative technologies but have also been very successful at conversion and redevelopment of existing, often historic, buildings. In the last twelve years, the Henley Homes Group has created many hundred of apartments across a variety of logistically-complex sites in areas across London and the South East of England. Many of the developments have been recognised by prestigious awards citing design excellence and build quality.
